SQL Server, New Fields, Refreshing to Reports/Dashboards

Hi, not sure if I'm missing something simple...

 

I've added a new column in my SQL Server table and I does not show up in the report.  Is there a refresh option for the fields themselves that I'm missing?

    There are many things that can go wrong with the metadata refresh.

     

    In Power Query, run "Refresh Preview", or "Refresh All"

     

    In the Power BI service you may need to re-update the app and or ask your users to clear their browser cache.

     

    It is certainly a nuisance.
