Hi, I'm still learning Power Bi but I am working on a project at my internship. I need to use a line chart to see if what percentage of deliveries were made on time. I created a formula to check the time and see if it was within an interval (1 hour, 4 hours, or two days, depending on method of shipping). When working on the graph in desktop, the numbers all appear to work out fine. For instance, in May 80.3% of four hour shipping made it to the customer in that time. When published, this number changes to 55.81%. We are aware of the time zone difference when published, but this does not appear to be the problem.
Can anyone think of anything else that changes when a dashboard is published that we can check and see if that is the problem?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
