Can the PL-300 exam purchasing be processed as B2B payment?

Is it possible to:

1) get an invoice in advance for buying PL-300 exam,
2) have it's bill to shown as a company,
3) pay for the exam with a direct bank transfer?

If no one has an answer, then could you please point me as to where I could look for it? I find it quite difficult to find where to contact Microsoft directly with this inquiry...
