Update Underlying Dataset connection via the PowerBi API?

Is there anyway to change the underlying data source via an API?

 

For example, if we have a dataset uploaded to PowerBi Service connected to DB_1, is there a way to copy that dataset, and point it to DB_2 without uploading a new dataset file to the PowerBi Service?

 

We have a number of datasources we want to maintain, but do not wish to repeat the upload process to PowerBi service.

 

Would appreciate any assitance.
