Change underlying datasource in a dataset via API?

Is there a way to change the datasrouce an online dataset is connected to via a PowerBI API?

For example:

A Dataset has been uploaded to the powerbi service, and it is connected to DB_1.

Is there a way to copy it and point it to DB_2?

Updated credentials may be required as well.

We have a number of datasources we wish to maintain and update, but we do not wish to upload datasets multiple times to updates the datasets.

Would appreciate an assitance.
