UNABLE TO CONNECT - ODBC

My colleague is getting the following error when trying to set up her ODBC connection to Power BI. I did not encounter this issue and we are set up identically and not sure what the issue may be. I have the same driver, laptop, etc...

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the 64 Bit driver as well as Power BI, but we are getting nowhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check Power BI data source prerequisites and also download the latest ODBC driver.

Appreciate the response. Her PC meets the requirements and the drivers are good...unfortunately those are not the golden goose for us. Any other things you can think of? I was wondering if it had to do with data gateways, but I am taking a total guess, but we are still unsure of the answer. Our HelpDesk is also stumped.
