Submitting Custom Visual

Hey,

we have submitted our custom visual to the AppSource via the email pbivizsubmit@microsoft.com almost four weeks ago.

We still haven't gotten an answer. How long does this process normally take and how do we know it is already being worked on?

Thanks

lucmax

Hi @lucmax,

In my experience, the AppSource manifest should be sent back to you typically within a day or so. I have had it happen to me where it didn't arrive after a few days so I emailed the general support address with my submission details (pbicvsupport@microsoft.com) and they were able to investigate and resolve for me pretty quickly.

Hopefully that's all you need to do in this case and then you should be able to proceed with the next steps. Good luck with your submission!

Daniel

Thanks @dm-p,

I will try it and let you know if it solved our problem!
