Start PowerBI Embedded Server failed

We have set up a server that should only run during the day. Unfortunately, there are sometimes problems starting the server.

The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'
InternalError: Resuming server timed out originally. The service is updated during garbage collector cleanup

How can i avoid this Problem?
