I created a report based on the following time period. I am comparing two time periods as below:
April 2019 to March 2020
Please note: Values of Jan , Feb & March is from 2020.

I'd like to suggest you create a custom sorting order table and link to raw table fields and use new table fields on your chart to achieve custom sort order.
