i want to use scroll bar with custom data as belw:-

"Top performers  " + Dateset top 10 values

can any one guide me?

If this is a custom visual then you need to ask the visual developer.

Please clarify what you mean by "scroll bar" - Do you maybe mean a slicer, a table, or the axis on a visual?

Scrollbars are parts of visuals, they don't exist by themselves. Can you show an example picture of what you want to achieve?

I want to concat custom text with dataset values.( top n values)

Custom text = " Top performers "

Dataset top n values = " a 10, b b 7,  c 4"

I need result in scroll bar:-

Top performers a 10 b 7  c 4
