Row Level Security and permissions

Hi,

 

I am using DB2 Datasource with Live connectivity and want to create a RLS which can work with 14000 users based on their roles. I am wondering if I use the RLS correctly and publish the report the report should trim the data based on these users and their roles. Now If I grant Edit access to these reports can somebody who have the edit access can view the model and edit it and see the roles and modify it?  IF your answer is YES then is there any permission to restrict the access to change the roles and permissions.?
