Remove BLANK rows from matrix table

Hi all,

I have tried to remove the blank using visual filter is not blank as my metric was using quarters. Is there any way to remove all the blanks and only numbers will show here? I check other post and the post had few metrics such as sales %, numbers and it did not work for my case.
