How to add page links to Power BI table? (screenshot enclosed)

I would like to replicate the following report. I can do all of the columns but don't know how to include an "Actions" column (circled in red) that takes you to a different page, on which you could edit the data from the table row. To work, the action would need to include a key value from the specific row in the table. Is this possible to do in PoweBI, & how would I achieve this? Thanks, Randy
