Remote server returned 403 Forbidden

Hi,

 

 Need help on the below issue.

 We are trying to generate Embed Token using dotnet application. 

 

 I tried generating embed token manually through the below microsoft link and able to generate it. Tested the same with Demo tool and working fine.

Tried using the API inside vb.net code, the below error is thrown, not sure if it is blocking Third Party application request.

Please guide what to do in this scenario

 

ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden
