Redshift Data to PowerBI Pro

What is the best way to get my data into Power BI Pro so that I can share templates with my company (SharePoint)? I am able to connect to the DB from my computer but can't share templates because the DB refuses the connection.

Hi @globalLogic ,

Sorry for that the information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please share more details to help us clarify your scenario?

What do you mean by template, is it a PBIT file? Or is it something else?

What is your connection model? DQ or Import? Also, can the sharing to the company (SharePoint) be a little more detailed?

Is it embedded in SharePoint? Can you provide a screenshot of the specific error of not being able to connect to the database?

Best Regards,

Jianbo Li
