Hello fellow Power BI fans,
I have this report in Qualtrics I would love to connect to Power BI. Right now, I'm just exporting it manually in a CSV file, then pasting it in the SharePoint Excel file, then finally refreshing the dataset.
Do you know if there's a way of automating this process?
Huge thanks,
Alice
HI @AliceW,
You can take a look at the below methods:
1. Use power bi desktop web connector to get from Qualtrics rest API:
Solved: Qualtrics API - Microsoft Power BI Community
2. Create a web service to invoke Qualtrics export data API and nest with SharePoint API to upload files to SharePoint?OneDriver side. Then you can refer to the following link to get data from online files:
Use OneDrive for Business links in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi Xiaoxin,
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
The 1st solution seems to be dealing only with the surveys themselves, whereas I'd like to link to one step after, the report created in Qualtrics.
The 2nd one doesn't have the links for the actual exports, and I already know the SharePoint one.
Best,
Alice
