For a project I need to import data using Python and visualize this in PowerBI.
Based on the actions of the user (in drilling down in the data) new python scripts needs to be run.
And when a user opens a dashboard the need to be able to update all the data.
How can I achieve this?
Hi @Anonymous,
Firstly, you can import data using Python. The connector is the "Python script".
Secondly, there are many visuals in Power BI that provide drilling down. You can give it a try. Why are there new Python scripts need to be run?
Thirdly, considering the steps above, the report can't be a real-time report. So the dashboard will be updated every 15 minutes and you have to update the dataset first. Please refer to power-bi/refresh-data#tile-refresh.
Best Regards,
Dale
