PowerBI Embedded: Registering app and giving PowerBI Services API Permission

Hello Everyone, 

I tried registering an app in the Azure Active directory but while I was giving API permission to the app for PowerBI Services. It didn't allow me to grant the admin consent. This is the pop-up message I received: 

Could not grant admin consent. Your organization does not have a subscription (or Service Principal) for the following API(s): PowerBI Service.

Please help.
