Power Bi Embedded - 401 Authorization

We are using Power BI Embedded and reports are loading to app but on the console it's giving 401 error.
Like below:

We have 22 days left for Pro trial so, I think problem is not about being Pro for now.

We have the same problem now.

We had a App Registered for Development Envrionment

We registered a new application for Production Environment. We used the same settings/configurations that Development had. 

Embedding seems to be working fine in Production evnrionment except that if you look at the console we are getting the same 401 call to

I am seeing the same 401 Cache error in the dev tools of Chrome.  I am trying to hunt down why each of my visuals is taking roughly 9 seconds to load.  They are simple visuals with a small amount of data yet they take on average 9 seconds to load.  I'm calling a different report page on a single report 6 times using a promise to stop them from loading at random times.  I also have my PBIE set to an A5.

Has anyone figured out the 401 cache error and could it be related to performance when the visuals are loading?
