Hello Community,
Using the Power BI Embedded Analytics Playground, I am able to use Personalized View on the visuals.
But what I'd like to confirm are:
1. Does it really work if it is embedded in a Customer Portal
2. Does it retain the Personalized Visual when customer re-login to view the report?
My guess is no, but wondering if anybody has experienced with this. And I am in Embed for you Customer scenario.
Thanks

Hi @Tutu_in_YYC ,
1) Being able to view it in the embedded view, but this feature isn't supported for publish to web.
2) Giving the user the ability to edit their own chart and axis title for their customised graphs, but user explorations don't automatically persist. You need to save your view as a personal bookmark to capture your changes.
Best Regards,
Liang

Are we able to limit the personalization with this functionality? Meaning, I only want a user to be able to personalize a few things, (specific dimensions or tables) but not everything (All tables, dimensions and measuers).
Yes, you will need to hide the tables/dimensions/measures in the power bi desktop.
Reviving this thread - has anyone got any further ideas how this could be utilized in an Embed for your Customer scenario as of yet?
It would be a great way to offer end users a simple way to ceasily create visuals, without having the full Edit experience - but of course they would want to be able to save this for future... @Tutu_in_YYC @V-lianl-msft any further thoughts?
@Oex Unfortunately I have not seen anything new from Power BI to address this. 😞

Thanks @V-lianl-msft
As far as I know, bookmark is not supported in Power BI Embedded Analytics Embed for your Customer scenario, is that accurate?
Hi @Tutu_in_YYC ,
Yes, you are right. It is supported only for the embed for your organization.
