Power BI Dynamic Content

I've created a SharePoint App Part that embeds PowerBI tiles into SharePoint.  I noticed that the tiles didn't include it's dynamic parts(tooltip hover help tips)  Is there any way to include this functionality?  Also, eventually I would like to include slicers to filter the tile content.  Or is this a limitation to Power BI.
