Power BI API SDK - GetExportToFileStatusInGroupWithHttpMessagesAsync

Good morning,

My APIs to download the PDFs from the website is no longer working after working for 8+ month.  It keep returning a Failed after the polling.  This could mean that I have a bad ExportID, but I am seeing the exportID in the Console.  What could cause the api to allow the data refresh, generate the ExportID, but failed on the polling.  It could be a web permission but I can't see the http status to show to our dev team.  What is the best way in C# to determine the ExportStatus for failure.
