Power Apps visual for Power BI SSO issues

Hi, We are trying to embed the power bi report using power BI client,

We have requirement to embed a Power Bi report in the Teams Personal App, Create a personal tab for MS Teams 

When i try to use power apps visuals in the report, the Power apps asks to signin. The SSO seems to work only in Teams Browser client but not Teams Desktop client . 

Can we achieve SSO for power apps in such scenarios, the other issue is the signin button doesnot show any pop up for sign in, it might be because the Teams Iframe is blocking the  pop ups.

As describe in this official documentation, Power Apps visual is only supported for guest users when the following conditions are met:

• The canvas app URI (weblink) includes the tenantId of the app in the query string.
• The Power BI portal authenticates the user, instead of allowing anonymous access.
• The canvas app is shared with the guest user attempting to see the contents of the app.

The User was not a guest User to that tenant.
We tried to just embed the power app in client side using “@microsoft/powerappsauthoringsdk", just like how we embedded the power Bi report in the client side. 
the canvas app seems to render only in browser client of teams but not the desktop client, it is the same when I embed the canvas app as visual in the power bi report. 
The SSO is not working for dekstop client, neither the sign in button seems to work in teams desktop app, It might be because the the Ifrmae is blocking the sign in pop from opening.
