Passing What-if Paramaters into R script

Hi,

Is there a way to allow users  to pass a what-if paramater as a value or date as an argument in R functions within the R script visual? lets say I have a script within my R script visual and there is a function which takes one argument:

Function(argument)

I would like the what-if parameter when seleceted by the user to be passed into the function argument.

E.g user selects a date "2022-01-01" as the what-if paramater within the reports tab this is now passed into the R script visual and the function will take the "2022-01-01" as the argument: Function("2022-01-01")
