PBI Embedding // App Owns Data Starter Kit Tutorial

Hi all,

I've been following the excellent Ted Pattison's Tutorial series (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYKLqfDzMXE) however once I get to the part where I'm launching AppOwnsDataClient my app hangs when i try login. I can login to the App Owns Data Admin window just fine.

On the AppOwnsDataClient window it just says "Processing user login..." indefinitely.

Wondering if anyone has experienced the same or any tips please?

Thanks!

Just commenting here in case anyone ever has the same issue. I managed to fix it by changing my default browser: originally I was using Firefox but it works switching to Chrome!

@CK_212 There are a few scenarios when you get this message - it is usually because the app is receiving back an unauthorised message.

For others reading this, you may find you have missed out entering credentials into the appsettings.json file in the app AppOwnsDataWebApi.
