On demand button not refreshing data.

I am trying to get my power bi refresh button to refresh on demand, Excel data stored on SharePoint, but nothing is working.

1) On my desktop the report is refreshing my data from SharePoint when clicking on the "Refresh" button. However, the refresh on demand button is not working despite the button telling me that it has been "Triggered".

2) After being published, the report does not refresh on demand - either with the refresh visuals option or the webpage option. It will only refresh with visuals option after I have gone into the dataset (powerbi.com/workspace/dataset) and refresh there.
