Not able to connect using Egnyte Connector with web downloaded version of PowerBI Desktop

Hi,

When I try to connect to get data from excel and csv files stored in Egnyte, I get the below error saying " No fragment part" when I use the web downloaded version of Power BI Desktop while doing the authentication

I do not see this issue when I use Microsoft store downloaded version of PowerBI Desktop. Is there a fix for this?

Appreciate any inputs.

Thank you

Hello, I have the same problem, the egnyte connector cannot be added, neither on the desktop nor in any version.
We follow this guide:

Hi @vsb ,

Here I suggest you to refer to below blog to learn more details.

For reference:

Microsoft Power BI Data Connector

And you can download the latest version and try again.

Hi Rico,

I did install the most recent version of PowerBI Desktop(web download) and still receiving the same Fragment error. Would there be any reason why Web downloaded version wouldn't support Egnyte authentication properly and works fine with Microsoft store downloaded version ?

Thanks
