Network Navigator, custom visual open sourced?

Is the network navigator custom visual that can be downloaded from the gallery open sourced somewhere? 

Would like to do a few tweeks to it 🙂

The source code of the visuals should be in this github repository, though I don't find the Network Navigator. However you can send your request to pbicvsupport@microsoft.com.
