Multiple single visuals and filtering

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Currently using PBI embedded to bring elements through to be layed out on a web page.

The issue is that I want to be able to place my own external bits between the charts. I've set this up so that we load the two charts as separate iframe/"reports" but then the filtering and page navigation breaks down as this will only apply to one frame.

Is there any simple way to handle this/am I going about it wrong? or am I going to have to use/subscribe to each frame and have some sort of controller that applies the settings to both...
