Model has invalid creator user

When I am generating my token by url: https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/GenerateToken with API REST

I'm getting the following return:

}

I couldn't figure out what it means, does anyone have any ideas?

According to the error message, it seems not related to power bi GenerateToken rest api.
Have you reference the prerequisite and operation steps that mentions in official document mentions about generate token? If not, I'd like to suggest you take a look at the following link at first:
