Migration of SSRS report to Power bi

Hello Team,

We are migrating SSRS report to power bi. We are using the tabular model.

 Can you please suggest which steps do i need to follow.

For instance, designing of the dax expressions, do I need to develop that at the model level or in the pbix file.

Any documentation will be more helpful for me.
