Merging dynamically a column with a static table

Hello Everyone!

 

I have a daily growing database that looks like this:

Every day a new column is added containing the cumulative data up to that day. I am looking for ways to take the column matching today() and merge it to a static table using the country.

 

Any ideas on how to do this?
