I am new to Power BI and started doing some POC's. I am trying to create Matrix report with below data.
I have data in the below format in Excel

You can add a calculated column to use the text function 'LEFT' to extract the left 2 characters from the 'quarter year' field, then you can use it on the matrix column field to group your records:
Quarter =
LEFT ( Table[QYear], 2 )

You need to add calculated columns for the row headers, use separate matrix visuals, or create a bunch of custom measures.
