How to create groups by using ARM Templates

Hi All,

I'm trying to create and deploy a Power BI Embedded environment by using CI/CD so I need an ARM template to create Power BI Groups/Workspaces.

There are only 2 ARM templates described on Microsoft documentation:

- Power BI Embedded Capacity (I'm currently using it)

- Power BI Workspace Collections (not useful because is being retired)

Does any one has an idea where can I find this ARM template?

Is this microsoft.powerbidedicated/capacities good enough?
