How to apply RLS using AD Groups based on school code hierarchy

Hi Experts,

 

I have come across on new concept of using AD Groups, if we are using AD groups how to apply rls to that  and my data source is an azure database.
below have attached the sample where I have to apply rls(hierarchy)
