Changing the content of a dashboard depending on the user who is viewing it

Hello everybody. 

Is it possible to dynamically change the content of the dashboard depending on who is viewing it on the external website where it is embedded? (Every user (with a unique code) visiting the page should be able to see content related only to itself and no one else) So for example is it possible to pass a variable value from outside to a PowerBI filter bar?

Again, by changing the content of a filter bar in a dashboard, is it possible to display completely different kinds of visualization within the same dashboard?

I'm trying to find an answer to this, but i'm not succeeding at all.
