Power BI already provides javascript APIs, check PowerBI-JavaScript wiki.

There're demos to embed reports in Power BI Embed with angular-powerbi. As I'm not familar with Angular, so I've not test if it would work with reports from PowerBI.com.

If the angular-powerbi don't work with reports fro PowerBI.com, you can consider to use the PowerBI-JavaScript, check Embedding Basics.

You would either use Publish to Web feature and iframe it or use Power BI Embedded.
