Help! Auto refresh metrics?

Hello all! 

I finally built my first trackers using metrics and feel good about my reports. 

only problem being, I have things tied into the metrics. I now have to refresh these on my own but how do I go about making the metrics go automatically like the semantic model? It's frustrating that the metrics are not going automatically. Thanks!

Hello yes, with the highlighted above? Can that be automatically set like a report, but in metrics?

Did you mean the report usage metrics? As the document said, it updates daily but I not found any features that allow you to customize on it's refresh:
