Not entirely sure of Workday's capabilities in that area. Tableau and Power BI are roughly equivalent. Connect and import the data, mash it up and create reports and dashboards to visually explore your data. Power BI is free to use, Tableau and Workday are super expensive. Not sure I can really say much else without more to go on.
