Getting error message as 50310 Unrecognized ICU conversion error. Can anyone please help me out.

According to the error message, it seems more related to your connection strings. Have you tried to use these connection out of power bi? Any special characters include in your connection strings?

If that is the case, you can refer to the following blog about handle 'escape characters' in power query:
