Gateway credential invalid Sharepoint

Hello,

I created a local report on the machine with three data sources:
1 - Connection to a PostegreSQL database;
2- Spreadsheet that is in SharePoint;
3 - Spreadsheet that is in SharePoint;

When I try to refresh data sources in PowerBI online I get the error below:

Data source error{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidConnectionCredentials","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidConnectionCredentials","parameters":{},"details":[{"code" :"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value" :"The credentials provided for the web font are invalid.

The connection method I use to connect Sharepoint spreadsheets was the web. But I also tried using the Sharepoint connector module and it didn't work either.

The error message you're receiving suggests that the credentials you're using to connect to the web font are invalid. This could be due to a number of factors, such as incorrect login credentials, an expired token or certificate, or a misconfiguration of the data source.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you double-check your login credentials and ensure that they are up-to-date and valid. You may also want to try generating a new token or certificate, if applicable. Additionally, make sure that your data source configurations are correct, including any authentication settings and connection strings.

If the issue persists, you may need to investigate further to determine the root cause of the problem. This could involve reviewing log files, consulting with technical support, or seeking advice from community forums or online resources.

Hi @paulamariana ,

I suggest you to check whether the credential in Power BI Service is correct.

If you use Personal Power BI gateway, you may refer to this offical blog: Troubleshoot Power BI gateway (personal mode) .

If you use Enterprise Power BI gateway, you may refer to this offical blog:Troubleshoot gateways - Power BI

Or you only need to configure data source conntion in Power BI Service instead of gateway (for cloud data source.).
