Formatting a button's tooltip

Is there a way to format the tooltip for a button?  The default background is white and it is getting lost on my report.  I'd like to change it to light gray.

Hi @Anonymous ,

First select the button, navigate to Format pane and customize the fill color under the Fill option just as below screenshot...
