Filter Selections in Power BI using API from React

Hi All,

We are implementing applying the report level filter from React using Power BI API. For example. Curreny field with USD value.

It working as expected. But we are facing issue when we have done some default selection in Power BI using slicer and syncing across all pages, ths functionlity of adding filter selections through React using API.

Two filters gets applied one deafult selection in Power BI and filter applie from React. This combination of two filters results in blank report.

We want default selection in Power BI and React should replace those filters based on user selections.

Please help us on this with your thou

I just want to know how do you implement applying the report level filter from React using Power BI API.
How should we pass the network call from backend into Power BI API to use the user selected filter values and the show the data specific to that filter.

That is not possible. You can either have default filters, or Report URL filters. You cannot have both at the same time.
