Executing Paginated Report (SSRS) via code (Microsoft.ReportViewer.WinForms)

Hi
I am working on transferring our BI/Reporting to Power BI Premium Per User.

Today I have a powershell Script, that calls the reports with the rigth parameters on my local SSRS server and saves the files for further use.

I am using the: Microsoft.ReportViewer.WinForms to do the work for me.

But I cannot get it to work, I have no idear how to get it working with PowerBI.com

Is there anyone that can help if it is possible to call SSRS reports via code when they are storred in the PowerBI portal?

Thanks

/Graves

Hi  lbendlin

It is the generation of the report that is the problem.

I am generating the report from an other system, where I want to trigger the report via the API, with parameters.

but it is a problem, when it is only 1 per 5 min.

It is a wery long time in a production environment.

Upload the .rdl into the Power BI workspace and use the dataset scheduler?
