Error when trying to refresh an import SQL dataset

Hi all,

 

As the title suggests, I imported a SQL dataset that I like to refresh every 24 hours.

When trying to that, I get an error that it's not allowing a connection to be made.

 

The database is managed by another company, we do have all the credentials to acces it but its under their management.

I am guessing it has to do with whitelisting an IP-address? I read that Power-BI has a lot of rotating IP-addresses which doesn't seem like a viable solution to dump them all in the whitelist.

 

Has anyone any tips, resources or suggestions how to achieve this?
