Embedded Visuals Won't Stop Moving/Resizing

See the video below. For some reason, my visuals are constantly moving/resizing. Any ideas what's causing this?

Hi @ats1958,

 

Since the embedded visual is acted as a whole, I would suggest you check your embedding environments. Please refer to making-a-div-scroll-causes-it-to-jitter, https://css-tricks.com/avoid-css-jitter/.
