Embedded Power BI - Time intelligence/Date hierarchy

Is there a way to turn on Time Intelligence in an embedded report?

I am not getting the Date Hierarchy groups like this sample datetime column on a Power BI desktop report:

Recommendation is to use your own Calendar table. The auto date/time hierarchy is rather inefficient.
