Embed Report With QnA Page SetQuestion

I want to embed a report (type: 'report',) in a webpage which has 4 pages.  One of those pages containes a QnA.  I want to then be able to access (read and set) the question dynmaically as well as letting the user enter their own question.  Is this possible?

Currently I can only see that I can embed a QnA directly (type: 'qna',) and the limitation on that seems to be I can only dynamically set the question "setQuestion" if the embed config is set to ResultOnly.
