Duplicate Workspaces

I seem to have duplicate workspaces in the service, just the name not the content. Did I forget to read something? Very confusing.

Two different logins can create workspace in same name. Thats why its best practise to restrict "Create Workspace" access.

Either you are an admin or the user who created the workspace provisioned you access.
