How does one update the dataset in Power BI Embedded Workspace every time the underlying dataset changes?

Currently you have to refresh your reports using the Desktop app and re-publish to Azure.  More discussion here https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Developer/Power-BI-embedded-supports-data-refresh/m-p/29167/highlig...
